The QE Measuring/ Inspection Machine is designed to optimize floor space. The bottom inspection light pan tilts down to allow the operator to load the machine from the front. The machine can sit against the wall if necessary. The material is pulled over the light and attached to the tube in the front of the machine. The drive is variable speed and can be operated with the foot pedal. The drive is also reversible to allow the material to be rolled face in or face out. Our patented "Core-Lock" expands to different tube "id's". Size 1 is for tubes from 11/2" to 2 1/2" diameter. Size 2 is for tubes 2" to 4". The machine is designed to handle weights up to 150 pounds, lengths up to 72", and diameters up to 24".
