Mobile Multi-tier air floatation table
Morgan Manufacturing built the first Mobile
Multi-Tier Floatation Table in 1988, Since then many improvements in the system
have been incorporated into the new design. The Multi-Tier accumulates lays
(spreads) and has them immediately ready for the cutting operation.
Each Multi-Tier AF Table has four tiers. Each one can
be elevated to the desired height of either the cutting tables or the spreading
tables. Each tier has controlled air flow. The rear or front air flows are
individually controlled. The air supply can also ba adjusted to lift the various
weights and thicknesses.Each tier is designed to handle up to 1200 pounds. The
size of the tiers can be designed to handle widths up to 120" , and the length
is determined by the length of the spreading an cutting
table.
