Folding Machines
The Folding Machines that we build will fold a material in half as it is run through the machine and roll the material onto a tube. Round tubes or rectangular tubes can be used on our machines. We build folding machines to the customer's specifications. PICTURED is a machine designed to unfold a 36" plastic film and re-roll it to a 72" single layer. This particular machine has air forced into the folding mechanism in order to float the plastic film as it goes through the unfold mechanism in this case. The air also reduces the heat caused by friction. The folding device was made of copper in order to bleed off static electricity as well as having a static eliminating device.
