The ETC PLEATING SYSTEM consists of our patented PLEAT & FOLD MARKER, our AUTO PLEAT FORMER, and COMPUERTIZED SEWING MACHINE. This proven system not only adds speed but quality to your pleating operation. The pleats are marked and the pleat depth is placed into the pleat former that forms a three pronged pleat. The formed pleat is then placed under the sewing machine clamp where it is bar tacked and spot tacked according to the pleat depth.
